Northampton/Florence Location

Northampton classes, clinics and most special events meet at The Wildlife Sanctuary, which is room 349 in the Arts and Industry Building at 221 Pine St. in Florence, (zip code 01062). In case you are wondering, we are the wildlife. Here's how to get there...

From Highway 91 going North:

Exit in Northampton at exit 19 (Rt. 9). Turn left onto Rt. 9 - west towards Northampton. Drive through the center of Northampton and stay on Rt. 9 west approximately 3 miles to Florence Center.

Turn left on North Maple St. Turn right on Pine St. Look for the big white building on the right at 221 Pine St. (The Arts and Industry Building).

You can park in front of the building if there are free spaces, or in the parking lot out back. Or...enter the overflow parking lot on Spring Street (at the bottom of the hil) and park near the building. Take the path across the bridge to the building entrance.

The quickest way up is to enter the door marked East Entrance and take the stairs up to the 3rd floor. Turn left at the landing and you're there, studio 349. It's well marked.

From Highway 91 going South:

Exit in Northampton at exit 20 (North King St.) go straight on King Street to the center of Northampton. Turn right on Main Street (Rt. 9) and proceed west on Rt. 9 approximately 3 miles to Florence Center. Follow the directions above, starting at the 2nd bullet, ("Turn left on North Maple, etc...")

Amherst Location

Amherst classes are held in the downstairs gallery at the lovely Nacul Center at 592 Main St in Amherst, the intersection of Main and Northeast St. There used to be a sign visible from Main St, but last time I was there, it wasn't, so take a good look at the photo to the right. The building was once the Wesley Chapel and it looks very much like the church it used to be. If you need directions, try Google or Yahoo maps using the address and the zip code, 01002.

Brattleboro Location

Brattleboro classes are held at the Cascading Brook Studio, a small "barn-ish" building with a large multi-purpose downstairs space and an upstairs workshop space. Wall to wall windows cover 2 walls facing the outside grounds on the Whetstone Brook. Nice, huh?

It's located at 216 Williams St. Simple directions: From I91 exit 2 (Rte 9-W) go west on 9 just a few hundred yards, make left at Vermont Country Deli and go about 6/10 of a mile. The studio is on your right.
